This is my first time writing a blog, so here goes.
I have been a Library Assistant for nearly two years and am halfway through my NVQ3. I am doing the cpd23 as this will help me learn how to do things that I do not normally do such as blogging. Everything has changed in the time I have been with the library with everything moving more towards electronic access etc..
